GUIDELINE FOR THE PREPARATION OF EXTENDED ABSTRACTS/FULL PAPERS
Papers are accepted on all 6 major topics and sub-topics of the conference. Authors are all asked to use the specified templates (for Persian and English papers) and to send their papers using the online submission system. Please note that if you encounter any problems in sending your abstracts and /or full papers using the online submission system, you can email the file to info@icsaconf.ir and only enter the paper information online. However, we encourage all authors to use the online submission system because it speeds up the review procedure.
All submitted papers will be anonymously sent to reviewers and the author(s) will be notified of the result according to the conference timeline. All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceeding and CD.
Authors should observe the following notes carefully before submitting their extended abstracts/full papers:
1) Use Ms Words 2000 and above.
2) The title should be concise and informative; use font Arial, size 16, bold.
3) Use font Arial, size 12, and bold for the author(s) and their position. Use * to specify the author for correspondence.
4) Use font Arial, size 10 for the postal or email address of the author specified for correspondence.
5) Use font Arial, size 12 and bold for the key words (maximum 6 words)
6) Select the single line spacing
7) Highlight the section headings with Arial 14 and bold
8) Number tables and figures carefully. The caption for tables should be written above the table and for the figures it should be written below the figures.
9) Margin sizes should be Top: 2.5cm, Left: 3cm and Right: 2cm.
10) The conclusion should be concise, comprehensive and clear.
11) Include an acknowledgement if necessary.
12) For referencing, use a number inside [ ] next to the references in the text and then give a full referencing at the end of the paper. Full references should include the author(s), the title, the book or journal title, year of publication, number of the journal and the page number(s).
13) Use font Arial and similar sizes as explained above for abstracts/full papers in English.
14) Please send the extended abstract and the full paper separately and use the online submission system available on the conference website.
15) The extended abstract should be between 600 and 800 words containing the paper title, author(s) and their affiliation, statement of the research problem and questions, methodology, findings and the discussion, conclusion and suggestions.
16) The full paper should be between 4000 and 6000 words containing the paper title, author(s) and their affiliation, statement of the research problem and questions, methodology, findings and the discussion, conclusion and suggestions and references.
