About Kish Island:
As large as approx. 90 km2 with a population of about 25,000 people, Kish Island is located at 18th km of southern Iran gulf. The distance of Kish Island with Bandar Abbas & Dubai stands at 300 & 200 km respectively. This island, known as pearl of the Persian Gulf, enjoys very pleasant & temperature climatic conditon in 7 months of the year. For years ago, thanks to its geographical condition, Kish Island was regarded as centre of goods transactions in the Persian Gulf region.
It should be noted that this island is considered as the first free zone in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
